Main Contractor | Sloan Builders
Architect | Roxburgh McEwan Architects

In this project, the client desired a garden folly for taking tea in, and the architect developed this into self-contained accommodation, set on a cliff top, overhanging the sea with amazing views.
Due to the precarious nature of the build, early on it was decided that the structure should be built “on dry land” and then winched out to its final position.
Gray & Dick glazed out with fixed glazing and Sky-Frame centre parting doors, other trades fitted out the rest of the property and then it was winched to position.
Latest news; The Tea Hut has been shortlisted for an award on the IStructE Structural Awards 2018
